- Do you have a showroom?
We have a showroom in Churchdown, Gloucestershire, GL3 2EU.
- Where is my order?
We keep you fully updated via e-mail on the progress of your order.
- Can I collect my order?
Delivery will made to the address on your order.
- What is the standard delivery time?
We show up to date stock information for each product on our website. Once you have placed an order you will be kept fully updated on the progress of your order. Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered and where you live.
Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and where reasonably possible.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible , sometimes due to either stock levels or unforeseen reason this can be delayed.
- What if I forgot to add an item to my order?
If you have forgotten an item you will need to place a separate order.
- How much is delivery?
Free standard delivery for parcels to England, Wales and Scotland. Large items will depend on size of pallet costs from £29.99.
- Is there a telephone number to call you on?

- How do I cancel an order?
If your products have not been dispatched, please email us to cancel your order. Otherwise, cancellation isn't possible.
You will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, full name and address in the email. You will then receive a cancellation email to confirm your order has been cancelled. You will receive you refund within 5-7 working days.
